Washington Symphonic Brass - May 18 at 7:30

The Washington Symphonic Brass, led by Milt Stevens, will give its final concert of the season on Sunday evening at 7:30 at Saint Luke Catholic Church, on Georgetown Pike in McLean.

Dances with Brass is a program of music for brass and percussion, featuring many works arranged by trumpeter Phil Snedecor.

The program includes "Salome's Dance of the Seven Veils" by Strauss, "Ancient Airs and Dances" of Respighi, "Como poden per sas culpas" for dueling piccolo trumpets, and more! The full 17-member WSBrass will play in the wonderful acoustics of Saint Luke.

Tickets are $20 (students only $10!), and they can be purchased at the door.
