Ten things my niece and nephew learned in school:

1. Any number evenly divisible by eight is also evenly divisible by four.
2. A personal narrative is a work of non-fiction about yourself.
3. "Hola" means "hello" in Spanish.
4. Five time five equals twenty-five.
5. The French traded with American Indians.
6. No English word rhymes with "orange."
7. You can't travel backward in rugby.
8. Salt lowers the freezing point of water.
9. You get solar power from the sun.
10. The letter C sometimes sounds like S and sometimes like K.

This list was compiled with the assistance of my niece Hannah and my nephew David.
