Greg Sorenson wanted to see the classic EC horror comic Shock SuspenStories featured in a list. Mission accomplished! All the comics covers came from the Grand Comic Book Database.

One of my concerns about Reader Request Month was that, given the large number of requests, I would still be doing it when the first day of Advent rolled around. That's why I started fulfilling requests a week early. Well, that and that it was easier than thinking of list topics on my own.

So you could say it was the Spirit if Christmas that led me to run a Google image search on the Biblical character Judith, whom rustydog had wanted to see in a list. I hope she will find this fine woodblock print of Judith admiring the head of Holofernes, an Assyrian general whom she seduced and decapitated, an adequate substitute for a list.

Check out this site for more information on the Nuremberg Chronicle, the book in which this print appears.
