In honor of the Chinese Year of the Dog, here's a sculpture of a dog by Paul Manship, who probably is best known for his sculpture Prometheus, which adorns the fountain in Rockefeller Plaza in New York. This is one of my favorite works from the collection of the Smithsonian American Art Museum.
