(Actually, as far as I know, Del. Black has never burned a book, but he is an enemy of free speech. As a trustee of the Loudoun County Public Library, he was primarily responsible for a policy that would have required the use of content filters for all patrons using the Internet in the public libraries. The policy was ultimately found unconstitutional by a Federal District Court Judge.)
The Post also says that Republican gubenatorial candidate Jerry Kilgore has conceded to Democrat Tim Kaine, saying, "He and I do disagree on policy, but we do share the same love of Virginia. I wish him well . . . as he serves as the next governor of Virginia." Man, with an attitude like that he'll be lucky not to be tossed out of the GOP. Kaine will be serving alongside a Republican Lieutentant Governor, but it's not like the LG actually does anything.
