- Georgia Baptist College of Nursing (Atlanta, Ga.; closed 2001)
- Otoe University (Nebraska City, Neb; closed 1871)
I think it's a shame that an institution with a great name with Old Point Comfort College had to close. I found it and hundreds of other defunct colleges at the amazingly comprehensive but prosaically named List of Colleges and Universities that have Closed, Merged, or Changed their Names, maintained by Roy Brown of Westminster College of Missouri (which, as you'll recall from Tuesday's list, is a Presbyterian college) for no particular reason other than that he enjoys doing so.
