Last line answers

Last week, I posted a list of ten last lines, and challenged you to identify the work from which those lines came. Because I have so many smart people reading this, all ten had been correctly identified within twelve hours of the list having been posted. But just in case you read the list before all the answers were posted in the comments, here they are:
1. So we beat on, boats against the current, borne back ceaselessly into the past
The Great Gatsby by F. Scott Fitzgerald
2. Hey, I'm not wearing underwear
"The Parking Ticket," from the Buffy the Vampire Slayer episode "Once More With Feeling," written by Joss Whedon
3. I lingered round them, under that benign sky; watched the moths fluttering among the heath, and hare-bells; listened to the soft wind breathing through the grass; and wondered how anyone could ever imagine unquiet slumbers, for the sleepers in that quiet earth.
Jane Eyre by Charlotte Bronte
4. "Well, I'm back," he said.
The Return of the King by J. R. R. Tolkien (The Lord of the Rings was also an acceptable answer)
5. 'Beauty is truth, truth beauty,—that is all / Ye know on earth, and all ye need to know.'
"Ode to a Grecian Urn" by John Keats
6. Well, nobody's perfect.
Some Like It Hot, spoken by by Joe E. Brown as Osgood Fielding III, screenplay by Billy Wilder and I. A. D. Diamond
7. The oldest hath borne most: we that are young shall never see so much, nor live so long.
King Lear, dialogue spoken by Edgar or the Duke of Albany depending on what edition of the text you're looking at, written by William Shakespeare
8. Someday I'm gonna make her mine.
"Her Majesty" by the Beatles (Abbey Road was also an acceptable answer)
9. Hail to the king, baby.
Army of Darkness, spoken by Bruce Campbell as Ash Williams, screenplay by Sam and Ivan Raimi
10. Eh bien, continuons...
No Exit, dialogue spoken by Garcin, written by Jean-Paul Sartre

Kudos to sunbrae (who correctly identified no. 8), mmaresca (nos. 4 and 9), abby20 (nos. 3 and 4, plus, the author of 5), angelchicken (no. 2), fizzball (no. 6), petzipellepingo (nos. 1, 3, 5, 6, 7, and 9, plus the episode in which no. 2 appeared), and ebrookeb (no. 10)
