Ten flags with animals on them:
- Falkland Islands (sheep)
- Kiribati (frigatebird)
- Cayman Islands (turtle)
- Uganda (grey-crowned crane)
- Turks and Caicos Islands (lobster)
- Moldova (aurochs)
- Fiji (dove)
- Peru (vicuña)
- Michigan (moose)
- Papua New Guinea (bird of paradise)
Oops, I did it again: I prepared this list last night then forgot to post it. I was tired.
It should be noted that some of these flags have more than one animal on them. The flag of Moldova, for example, has an eagle as well as an aurochs (which is an extinct species of cow, by the way), and Michigan has an elk and an eagle in addition to the moose. Generally speaking, if more than one animal was available, I listed the more interesting one. Not that eagles aren't interesting creatures, but as a vexillological element they're overused.
