Eighteen out of 50. I don't know where this list came from, but I can tell you for sure it's not particularly accurate. The most popular museum in the world is the Smithsonian Air and Space Museum, which attracts some 9 million visitors a year, and yet it appear nowhere on this list. Unless they've lumped it and the other Smithsonian museums in with the other attractions on the National Mall.
