Ten criminal offenses for which indictments were issued on July 9 by the Loudoun County, Va., Grand Jury:
- Concealment (third or subsequent offense)
- Driving after being declared a habitual offender
- Carnal knowledge
- Embezzlement
- Possession of controlled substance I or II
- Reckless driving
- Possession with intent to distribute cocaine
- Credit card forgery
- Grand larceny
- Street robbery
I'm not sure exactly what they mean by "carnal knowledge." Well, I mean, I know what carnal knowledge is, but I don't know what kind of carnal knowledge the indictment was issued for. "Carnal knowledge of a child between 13 and 15?" "Carnal knowledge with an inmate?" Who knows? Not the Loudoun Times-Mirror, apparently.
