Ten U.S. Presidential memorials:
- John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, Washington, D.C.
- Lincoln Boyhood National Memorial, Lincoln City, Ind.
- Franklin Delano Roosevelt Memorial, Washington, D.C
- James A. Garfield National Historic Site, Mentor, Ohio
- Ulysses S. Grant Memorial, Washington, D.C.
- Theodore Roosevelt Island, Washington, D.C.
- Hoover Tower, Stanford, Calif.
- Washington Monument, Washington, Md.
- Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars, Washington, D.C.
- Harry S Truman Scholarship Program, Washington, D.C.
20 USC 42 § 2003 defines the Truman Scholarship as the sole Federal memorial to President Truman. Is that fair? I think not. I mean, the James Madison Fellowship Program (20 USC 57) isn't the sole Federal Memorial to James Madison.
