New horizons in shorthand descriptions of classic movies

Maybe I'm just punchy after a hectic day at work, but this description of the 1933 Charles Laughton classic The Private Life of Henry VIII from the DirecTV programming guide struck me as laugh-out-loud funny:

The portly Tudor king eats heartily and has a series of ill-fated marriages.

It's hard to argue with its accuracy, but it doesn't necessarily inspire one to tune in.
