The text on the icon is, of course, from the John Denver classic "Take Me Home, Country Roads," penned by Denver and Bill & Taffy Danoff. The irony here is that the song is talking about the Blue Ridge region of West Virginia, some 900 miles east of where the photo was taken. Also, if I actually tried to use that particular country road to get me home, I would probably get very wet. The bridge surface is sound enough for light pedestrian traffic, but a car would almost certainly plunge through the planks into the Cedar River.
GIP!
