Clinton's Constitutional crisis, continued

This just in: Congress has passed a bill "ensuring that the compensation and other emoluments attached to the office of Secretary of State are those which were in effect on January 1, 2007." This will allow Sen. Hillary Clinton to serve as Secretary of State if she is confirmed; without the bill, she would be prevented from holding the position by the Emoluments Clause of the Constitution. Despite this, Judicial Watch has announced plans to challenge the nomination; per the bill, any such challenge will be heard by a three judge panel of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia on an expedited basis.
