The Easter service intersected with my LiveJournal in another way: we used "i thank You God for most this amazing day" as a reflective reading. We read it three times: once in unison; once simultaneously at our own speed; and a third time where we didn't read it all the way through, but rather just read out certain words or phrases that particularly moved us. An interesting approach. It was a particularly appropriate selection, since yesterday truly was an amazing day. The sky was a beautiful cloudless blue, the temperature was mild, and the flowering trees in my neighborhood were in bloom.
