This is part of Pen and Parchment: Drawing in the Middle Ages, an exhibition of ink drawings currently at the Metropolitcan Museum of Art. I've looked through the images on display at the exhibition blog, and read a glowing review by Jed Perl in The New Republic, and man do I want to see it in person. Probably not going to happen, alas.
